The Pinnacle Quality Assurance Team is fully independent of production personnel. The Quality Assurance Team Leader reports directly to the Project Manager. His prime responsibility is to monitor production and to ensure that it meets client standards. The Team Leader manages the edit staff and contributes to production planning and implementation. Key input includes developing procedures for checking and reviewing data, providing feedback from production quality results, and suggesting improvements in quality assurance procedures and techniques. Quality Assurance Editors are autonomous from production authority and report directly to the Quality Assurance Team Leader. This separation ensures unbiased decision and judgment to evaluate and identify quality problems and initiate solutions.
The Quality Assurance Personnel are experienced in each phase of the surveying, mapping and conversion process. This experience enhances communication between production personnel and the Quality Assurance Editor and expedites resolution of quality standards issues.
The Project Manager will lead the Pinnacle technical review team, which will include all key project personnel and production operatives. The review team will have a core understanding of the requirements, and will establish procedures for accurately and efficiently achieving the desired output. Additionally, QA will assist the supervisors as they brief the technicians that will be involved
