Quality Assurance (QA) in any product, plan, or procedure begins with developing a partnership with the Client so that we can mutually work towards a coordinated solution to the project objectives. Pinnacle, will attain a sound understanding of the project and its intended purpose.

By forming a partnership and with necessary on-site project reviews, Pinnacle can assure the client of the desired product, in the correct format, on schedule, and for a reasonable cost. In a project of this scope, it is imperative that we develop this partnership at the beginning of your project and remain deeply involved throughout program development, implementation, and potential expansion. Through the partnership, we can not only understand the immediate objectives, but also assist with long-range goals.

The initial QA involvement begins with the Project Initiation and Administration Phase. The QA lead operative, in coordination with the Principal in Charge, will participate in all on-site meetings with the NCTCOG personnel. This will validate procedures, assist in choosing alternatives, and assure that QA personnel stay abreast of all modifications and trends
